Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Price Radar mobile application and related services (“Services”). By downloading or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

App usage

You agree to use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the app or other users.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data in violation of applicable terms or laws.
• Use automated means to access the Services in a manner that places an unreasonable load on our systems.

Accuracy disclaimer

Information shown in the app (including rates, fees, hours, availability, and locations) may come from third-party sources and may change without notice. Rates and fees are provided for informational purposes and may not reflect the final price you receive at a provider. Always confirm details directly with the provider before completing a transaction.

Third-party providers

The Services may reference or link to third-party money transfer and exchange providers. Your relationship with any third party is solely between you and that provider. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their actions, policies, or fees.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Price Radar and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or (b) zero if the Services are provided free of charge.

Updates & changes

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by applicable law (for example, by posting an updated Terms page or in-app notice). Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Services.
